Many mothers look ahead to the birth of their precious little one but the postpartum period is often overlooked. It is especially important to nourish and nurture yourself during this time. Many long-standing traditions around the world honour this time in their own way such as the confinement period in Chinese traditions. Being a new mum brings on many new challenges for the body, mind, and spirit and that’s where traditional postpartum care and treatments can make the world of difference. I'd like to be there for you when you get home, to nurture and care for you for two weeks. Bringing this ancient healing ritual to the sanctuary of your own home, so you can care for your baby and family. To help you in your BabyMoon period I offer a tailor made 2 week package to help support you on your journey to recovery and restoration. The treatments help the body in the healing process so that you may regain strength as well as getting back to your pre-baby figure more quickly. Based on Traditional Mayan and Javanese postnatal practices, I have designed these treatments to nurture and nourish you. The Abdominal Massage helps create circulation and lymph flow as well as helping the uterus contract back down. The Jamu belly binding helps the tummy area shrink back down to the pre-baby figure. The castor oil herbal mask helps the body to heal faster. The essential oils help nourish your body while increasing milk production and promoting relaxation. The 60mins Treatment Includes: - Consultation by Jenny - Traditional Javanese Abdominal Massage - The Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Therapy - Organic Healing Castor Oil / Herbal Treatment Mask - Traditional Jamu Belly Binding - Organic Aromatherapy Body Massage with Ginger and Fennel - Scar Massage (C-Section only) IMPORTANT NOTES: All treatments are done in the comfort of your own home. On the final treatment day, I will also teach you how to do a simple daily self-care belly massage you can perform on yourself at home. Treatment times will be from Monday to Friday with Saturday and Sunday off. A deposit of £10 is required for the Belly Binds which need to be returned to me after the treatments are completed either in person or by post (cost paid by client). I also recommend you purchase a postnatal girdle or belly support to wear after the treatments to continue to support your adbominal area.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will lead to the full price of the treatment being charged.
