Welcoming a new life into the world is a momentous occasion filled with joy, excitement, and challenges. The postpartum period, often referred to as the "fourth trimester," is a crucial time for a new mother and her family as they navigate the complexities of parenthood. Amidst the changes, uncertainties, and sleepless nights, the presence of a postpartum doula can make a significant difference. As a Postnatal Doula, I am here to support you, your partner and your family during this special time. I believe that every mother deserves to have access to support when they need it most. My aim is to create a safe and nurturing space for you, so that you can get as much time to heal, rest and restore as possible. I AM HERE FOR YOU: I am here to listen if you want to share your story and emotions around birth and motherhood. You can express your feelings, fears, and joys without reservation or fear of judgement. I am here to cook you nutritious and nourishing food that will help you heal and recover. I am here to help look after baby or other children if you need a rest or take a much needed shower. I am here to help with simple household tasks like light cleaning or putting on the laundry. I can take the dog out for a walk. I am here to support you to build a positive breastfeeding relationship with your baby. Get in touch today to see how I can help you on your postnatal journey. Fees: Postpartum Doula Hourly - £25/hr (minimum 2/hrs per visit) Blocks of 10 hours - £225.00 (minimum 2/hrs per visit)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will lead to the full price of the treatment being charged.
